After working in celebrated restaurants across Asia, Chef Fatih returned to his home city of Istanbul and opened TURK FATiH TUTAK, which was awarded Two Michelin Stars in 2022.  

In his role as Chef Director of The Peninsula Istanbul's stunning new rooftop restaurant, GALLADA, he is now creating deliciously innovative one-of-a-kind Turk-Asian cuisine.

Reminiscent of the maritime storytelling when majestic yachts of yesteryear graced the harbours of the Bosphorous, Topside Bar presents a crafted selection of cocktails inspired by a rich tapestry from the Silk Road journey. Located above GALLADA, Topside Bar offers premium spirits, including an extensive selection of whiskies, Turkish wines, local craft beers and small plates menu curated by Chef Fatih Tutak.
